Sad Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have reportedly visited divorce lawyers to help them separate. This only  happens in Hollywood.  The pair – who aren’t married, but have been dating since 2004 and raise six children together – are believed to have signed legal documents earlier this month with the plan to split up in the near future. So much for family values and trying to work out there problems. The legal document will reportedly see their $330 million fortune halved in two, while the pair will have joint custody of their kids. A source told the News of the World newspaper: “The document was signed in early January. Both Brad and Angelina had signed it. The contract was like a tailor-made version of a pre-nuptial agreement except for an unmarried couple’s split. “It seemed clear they want the world to know they’ll both play a part in the upbringing of the children. But Angelina will actually be the one who lives with them full-time.” They have three adopted children, Maddox, eight, Pax, six, and Zahara, five, as well as three biological kids, Shiloh, three and 17-month-old twins Knox and Vivienne. It is believed the pair visited a top Los Angeles law firm in December last year, and have since hired an attorney specializing in celebrity divorces.
While an official separation date has not been confirmed, it has been claimed the couple plan to announce their split in the near future. Landlord M.R.A. Realties Inc. says in a lawsuit that Mischa Barton rebuffed efforts to collect the last three months’ worth of rent on her flat in the trendy Tribeca neighborhood in New York City. Barton’s representatives had no immediate response. The landlord wants Barton to pay the rent and legal fees.The 23-year-old Barton also lives in Los Angeles. The lawsuit filed Thursday says her one-year lease on the Manhattan apartment began in September. At the time, she was in “The Beautiful Life,” a CW series about the New York modeling world. It is pretty seedy and shows Lindsay engaged in a particular sex act which, obviously, should remain behind closed doors. “Lindsay was desperate to start 2010 off on a good footing and this is the very last thing she needs. If and when it is released on the internet, via a spurious, unofficial website, there is absolutely nothing she or her lawyers can do about it.” Pornographic magazine Hustler is said to be offering $163,000 for the video, which was filmed by a waiter from a chain restaurant. The source added: “She is devastated – particularly as she is working hard on cleaning up her act. Wonder who her co-star in the video might be? I guess we will have to tune in and find out.
