Song writer and music producer Rob Fusari filed the lawsuit Wednesday in Manhattan against Lady Gaga who is a Grammy Award-winning performer. He said his protege and former girlfriend, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, ditched him as her career soared. The lawsuit said they co-wrote songs such as “Paparazzi” and “Beautiful, Dirty, Rich.” Fusari also said he came up with her stage name and helped get her record deal. Lady Gaga won two Grammys in January: best dance recording, for “Poker Face,” and best electronic/dance album, for “The Fame. I guess he is a sore loser and it will be  up to the judge to decide who deserves what?

Mischa Barton Naked

Landlord M.R.A. Realties Inc. says in a lawsuit that Mischa Barton rebuffed efforts to collect the last three months’ worth of rent on her flat in the trendy Tribeca neighborhood in New York City. Barton’s representatives had no immediate response. The landlord wants Barton to pay the rent and legal fees.The 23-year-old Barton also lives in Los Angeles. The lawsuit filed Thursday says her one-year lease on the Manhattan apartment began in September. At the time, she was in “The Beautiful Life,” a CW series about the New York modeling world.
