AMY WINEHOUSE is taking her sweet time to finish her third album because she is working on becoming a fashion designer. The singer has teamed up with British label Fred Perry to create a womenswear collection. The collaboration will be based on her signature 1950s style and will be made up of 17 pieces including skirts and polo shirts. The gear will carry a specially-designed logo. And it’s not just a one-off – the brand has signed Amy up for four seasons. It’s a big commitment for her. The first collection will be in her favourite colours of black and pink. The Fred Perry label – named after the British tennis legend – is no stranger to working with musicians. You’ll be able to see for yourself when it hits stores in October.
